1. Order Delivery Time Frame:

  • Shipping Time: 2-7 Business Days (depending on location)

 
2. Shipping Fees:

We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the USA and Europe.

 
3. Shipping Exclusions:

At this time, we do not ship to the following locations:

  • USA: Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific.

  • Europe: Specific regions may be excluded, please contact us to confirm shipping availability to your location.

Important: We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or military/protected areas. Thank you for your understanding.

 
4. Shipping Delays:

Please note that delivery times may be affected by external factors, including delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

 

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return under the following conditions:

1. Return Eligibility:
  • You can request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for the return.

2. How to Return:

Do not return items directly to the delivery address without prior communication. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and refunds will not be processed.

3. Non-returnable Items:

Custom-ordered or personalized products are not eligible for returns or refunds.

4. Return Shipping Costs:
  • If the return is due to customer preference or error, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. The cost will depend on the courier chosen.

  • If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect products), we will cover the return shipping cost.

5. Restocking Fees:

No restocking fee will be charged for returns, unless otherwise specified.
